Your coach, Marjolein Oggel (owner and founder of Bird Cage – Professionals with Flair) has a unique combination of skills: she is an experienced Strategy & Change professional and leader, an entrepreneur ánd a certified, experienced skiing instructor, holding an Alpine Level 3 certification. Marjolein has a passion for traveling and cooking and is a spirited story teller.

While there may be coaches who specialize in executive coaching or have experience in skiing or complex organizations, finding a coach with all three areas of expertise is relatively rare. By leveraging these three areas of expertise, skiing is applied as a metaphor for developing agility, flexibility, and resilience in leadership when subjected to changing environments.

She learnt that battling a long period of severe illness, overcoming great personal loss and poverty only contributed to her character and art of living. A couple of grey hairs, creativity and whit add to her unique skill set. Marjolein is as passionate about helping leaders becoming more self aware and better at what they do, as she is about skiing.
